Entire Grandstands: Unavailable on weekends from May 11th, through Sept. 28th due to Horse racing, Car racing, and the Brown County Fair. Race Track: Additional Cost along with Grandstands. Under Grandstands: rented per day. Open Class Sheep Barn: 24 - 11'x12' stalls. Poultry Barn: 23 - 10'x10' stalls. Dairy Barn: 30 - 9'x 9' stalls. Hog and Sheep Barn: 24 - 9'x 9' stalls. Hog and Sheep Barn addition: 12 - 9'x 9' stalls Beef Barn: 120 stalls; 9'x 10'; inside arena 50'x 180' Club House: 120'x 80' Expo addition: 90'x 240' Unavailable October 1st through March 20th. (Being used for hockey during that time) Holum Expo: 120'x 240' propane heat responsibility of renter. Unavailable October 1st through March 20th. (Being used for Indoor Hockey) Horse Arena: 174'x 240' Portable Stage: Not to go out of Brown County. All buildings are unavailable from October 1st through March 1st (being used for winter storage) and during the Brown County fair.
