Harvest Stroll, Saturday, September 27, 2025, 11am-3pm Dacotah Prairie Museum's Annual Harvest Stroll... Take a stroll downtown Aberdeen, SD and experience the best of South Dakota’s fall activities in the autumn sunshine. This year the event will be expanded all the way to Lincoln Street to incorporate the green space in front of the courthouse. Booths will be set up outside the museum building with fun autumn crafts, decorate a pumpkin, turkey shoot games with an historic twist, scenic photo ops, holiday raffle, and complimentary popcorn. Again this year, concessions! – hot dogs, chips, and beverages will be available for purchase. Musical entertainment provided by Humbletown from Lead, SD. Their music combines influences of bluegrass, swing, Americana, and classic country. Fiddlers Dan Sheldon and Judith Oliver and friends will provide interludes of old-time music. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and find a spot on the courthouse green where lawn games will be found. Welcome to fall in Brown County! An event for all ages. In case of inclement weather, event moves inside museum building. Free admission, donations appreciated.
